Us humans, we are always curious. People always tell me “you should be happy with where you are”. Yes, true. They’re right. You should.

So, it’s important to every day take a moment to reflect on your day, on your week, on your life — be mindful — and be thankful for where you are and what you have achieved (yes, even if the only reason you got there is because of your own persistence and motivation).

Human nature

However, it would go against human nature to “just accept and be happy where you are — and stay there”.

We want to improve. We want to grow. We want to do better.

Without this drive, maybe we’d still be in the middle ages, lighting our houses with torches and ploughing our lands with horses.
