Introduction
If you’re following me, you’re probably an entrepreneur or interested in starting extra side hustles. The side hustles that I talk about are all things that you can do from behind your PC.
While this might be good for our wallets, it’s really bad for our backs — yes also mine.
In order to save my back, I do some exercises every day, mostly in the morning — it’s a part of my morning routine.
